Cara masak puri.
1. Potong buah (buang kulit, buang biji dan segala yang keras)
2. Masuk air sedikit (1 cawan, ikut sesuai *lebih air, puri jadi cair)
3.Kukus 15minit
4. Biar sejuk sekejap.
5.Blender hingga halus.
6. Tapiskan (supaya, dapat struktur puri yang halus tanpa sebarang benda kasar/hampas) #elak sembelit
7. Air rebusan simpan (#tambah di dalam menu rolled oat)

1.Gunakan silicone tray with lid.
2. Puri siap beku, transfer ke bekas simpan, labelkan.

1. Simpan di dalam bekas kecil, ikut keperluan.
2. Simpan di dalam cold bag.
3. Panaskan guna warmer 5-7minit.
4. Siap, baby sedang menunggu anda menyuapnya dgn tambahan KASIH SAYANG sepenuh jiwa *__*

Mama selalu buat puri epal, pear, broccoli, carrot+rice, carrot+brokoli(8months)+potato(good for 8months)+rice
